Hi, I’m Mattea! I’m a Registered Massage Therapist and a big believer that massage should feel like a team effort. I love getting to know my clients, figuring out what’s going on, and creating a treatment that actually makes sense for you and your body.

My main areas of clinical interest are injury recovery, chronic pain, and pre- and postnatal care. That being said, I genuinely love working with people from all walks of life and all stages of life! Everyone’s body and goals are different, and I think that’s what makes this job so fun.

I’m also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and I enjoy combining hands-on techniques with movement, therapeutic exercise, and education when it’s helpful.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, listened to, and confident in your treatment. Whether you’re dealing with an old injury, everyday aches and pains, pregnancy-related changes, or just want to feel a little more like yourself, I’m here to help!

Outside of the treatment room, I’m a pretty bubbly and easygoing person, and I want my clients to feel like they can come in, relax, ask questions, and be themselves. I’m so excited to meet you! 💛

Hey I’m Ross! I want to meet you where you’re at and encourage growth from there! My goal is to find a plan that fits your needs both with in the treatment room and at home.

While my treatment style typically focuses more on deep tissue, myofascial, and movement based techniques; my previous experience as a practitioner within a spa environment has taught the value to be had from simply being able to relax. Each session we will discuss where you’re at to determine best what type of treatment will meet your needs.

Hi, my name is Chelsea. I graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Okanagan College of Massage Therapy. My style of treatment involves the use of a variety of assessment tools to find the root cause of the dysfunction. I then use that knowledge to develop a course of treatment that is always patient centered.

My passion for preventative and rehabilitative therapy began by healing my own sport-related injuries. My own drive to recover from sport-related injuries, combined with my education gives me a unique perspective treating:

Sports injuries

Surgical rehab

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) dysfunction

Carpal tunnel

Tendonitis

Peripheral nerve pathologies

I use a variety of techniques including sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, therapeutic exercises, and self-care exercises to treat my patients. Self-care and therapeutic exercises are a very important part of my treatments as it increases the longevity of the results in the treatment room and can increase the length between appointments.

In my spare time you will see me at the gym, eating a lot of healthy food, and taking adventures around B.C. with my dogs.
